Q: How often is our position on the database renewed?
A: Your membership is renewed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at anytime by sending us an email. We will send you notice of your renewal 10 days before it is due.

Q: What happens to my code when my membership ceases?
A: Should you or your organisation cease to be a member your vanity codes will be automatically returned to the code bank for re-issue and you will no longer be entitled to use them.

Q: Do we pay extra for the labelling?
A: Because 2findus lends itself to so many different advertising mediums most of which don't require a label we decided to keep the joining fees to a minimum and not include any labeling. We have some standard sizes that can be purchased either at the time of joining or at a later date but should you require a custom label please contact us.

Q: What if the labels you offer aren't suitable for my vehicle because of size?
A: We will gladly provide you with a custom size label. Please send an email to
the customer care desk for your location, include your telephone number and we'll call you to discuss your requirments.

Q: Can i use my vehicle signage company to add my code to my vehicle.
A: Yes certainly. We recommend you say; Remember 'code' 2findus.net so consumers fully understand what you are telling them.

Q: Is there an additional fee for selecting a keyword?
A: When you request your keyword we will add it to the database at no additional charge. We recommend keywords of seven letters or less. Its important they are easy to remember which is why we most often work with 3 digit codes. However, codes such as QualityCraftsman or GreatNightOut are also simple to remember but we recommend you consider the size of the label required to use this type of code if using it on a vehicle advertisement.

Q: What if I need further labels after joining?
A: No problem, just log into your account and order what you require.

Q: What if my contact details change?
A: Log into your account and update your details and they will change immediately.

Q: Can I update my Advertising Space?
A: You can update your page as often as you require.

Q: If someone types in ‘to’ rather than ‘2’ in your domain name. Does this cause any problems?
A: No, the domain names ‘tofindus.net’, 'toofindus.net and 'findus.net' will also take your clients to the database.
